Letter of Authority

If you require a Letter of Authority to appoint some one to act on your behalf please download the Letter of Authority Form complete it, sign it and forward to:

or scan and email the signed form to privacy@arlcollect.com.au

The Letter of Authority must be fully completed and signed by you and any nomination you make will continue indefinitely until you let us know in writing that it no longer applies. Nominating a new representative will cancel any previous nomination.
